MKJ Anodizing workshop

Our facilities cover an area of 70,000 square meters and are fully equipped with state-of-the-art manufacturing equipment. We possess extrusion presses with ranges from 690T-2100T, enabling us to produce aluminum profiles for most applications. Our company is skilled in the manufacturing of seamless and drawn tubes, bicycle frames, industrial alloys, architectural materials, thermal breaking windows, athletic equipment parts, heatsinks, automotive parts, and other aluminum alloy.

with forty years of experience in manufacturing bicycle frames. We possess several types of presses and tube curving equipment
with excellent production capabilities of seamless and drawn tube machinery. Now
we are developing new aluminum extrusion solutions based on our experience to
expand product range. We have equipments of CNC, Milling, Punching, Bending, Drawn machines for producing, RND department for products, toolings development.

MKJ Anodizing workshop was built on 2005, we have a computerized program control system for automatic aluminium alloy anodizing process. The main facilities, equipments, chemical color stain are all imported form Japan and Taiwan. Available to proceed alloy surface lining, polishing, sanding, chemical polishing,…and clear/matt/bright with colorful anodizing. Advanced facilities approved Quality System.
